I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel. The location was fantastic, with many major attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, and I especially loved the big bed. The gym was well-equipped, allowing me to get a good workout during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, upgrading me to a deluxe room for free when my booked room was unavailable. Despite a few minor setbacks, the overall experience was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had two suites with a view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. The day was already saved.

The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. The hotel is centrally located. On the roof terrace you can have a drink or a meal and enjoy the magnificent view of the dome of the Isaac Cathedral.

Many rooms are located on the courtyard side and have no view and no sunlight. The breakfast was okay, but quite "tasteless".

Absolutely central but very quiet location with very courteous staff, very nice classic ambience. Hotel. provided first-class shuttles to the airport.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff is extremely (!) friendly. We would like to emphasize the advice / ticket orders by the "navigator" Ekaterina (the hotel's own tourist information). She showed extraordinary commitment!

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, next to St Isaac's cathedral and within walking distance of all the major sites. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who are always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including freshly made omelettes and a delicious spread of pastries and fruits. The hotel also has a bar with a great view of the city.

One negative aspect is that the porter service could be improved, as we had to handle our own bags before assistance was offered.

It is really super to have a stay in this hotel.Everything is excellent !! If possuble I should give them 12 to 10 instead of 10 to 10. Thank you so much !!!

Great location!

We booked two rooms 4 months in advance. The debit of the amount (approx. 2.500,00€) took place IMMEDIATELY IN FULL HIGH. We travel a lot and yet we are very surprised by these business practices. Either a hotel takes the credit card number only as security or the first night is charged. Breakfast okay, but after a few days also boring. Rooms in the lower 6 floors quite dusty, with carpet... only in the 7th and 8th room are newer rooms.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key tourist attractions and a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful suggestions for dining and arranging transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a convenient supermarket right next door, perfect for grabbing snacks or any necessities.

While the staff were friendly, some areas of service were lacking. The cleaning service needs improvement, especially in regards to changing sheets and towels.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and convenient location. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, but the noise was minimal during my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The standout feature for me was the exceptional service from the staff. From friendly greetings to prompt service in the restaurant, the staff truly went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the servers were attentive, ensuring no long waits for eggs. I even received free drink vouchers each day of my stay as a nice bonus. The hotel's location is also excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. The high-speed internet was a plus as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a lovely hotel and worked well for us. The dining room was functional in decor but the food was excellent. The terrace bar was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and had a fabulous view of St. Issac's Cathedral.

Staff spoke English which was very nice. Good restaurant but the service was slow. Great location, we could walk to most of the major attractions. Room was very clean but beds were a bit hard.
